Core offer at dedicated studios
Memberships & Packages
Memberships are not a hands-on service — they are how dedicated head spas sell the ritual itself: a recurring monthly visit, usually the signature treatment, plus member pricing on add-ons and blowouts and priority booking. Packages are the prepaid cousin: a bundle of sessions bought in advance at a discount. Operators publish a monthly cadence as their standard recommendation, with visits every three to four weeks in the first two months for active scalp concerns (Lustre's guidance).
What happens
- You commit to a monthly visit — Galaxy Head Spa and Lustre both set a three-month minimum on their memberships.
- Each month's visit is typically the studio's signature or renewal ritual.
- Members get discounted add-ons and blowouts and priority booking.
- Packages instead prepay several sessions — Lustre sells five sessions for the price of four.
Core or add-on?
A core commercial offer at dedicated studios; much less common on salon menus that offer head spa as one service among many.
Typical price & duration
$99 a month is a striking anchor price, found independently at three operators: Galaxy Head Spa's 60-minute membership is $99/month, Lustre's Signature Membership is $99/month, and La Vie Bella's Scalp Health Club is $99/month for one 60-minute Renewal session (regular price $135), with 25% off add-ons and 35% off premium tiers. Galaxy also offers bi-weekly options: $99 for two 30-minute, $189 for two 60-minute and $279 for two 90-minute sessions monthly, with 15% off add-ons for members. Lustre's prepaid package is five-for-four at $596 across 12 months.
